We are looking for a high-performance creative to join our team, take the lead in creativity and help solidify Boxcrib as one of New Zealand's leading full service marketing agencies. We are looking for someone who gets restless when work is only “good enough”. Someone hungry to push boundaries, raise the bar, and help us evolve what world-class content looks like.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to simply shoot, edit, post, and repeat.

You might already be a top-tier creator with a strong body of work. Or you might be the kind of person who hasn’t yet been given the chance to show what you’re truly capable of.

Either way, if you’re hungry to level up and make your mark on a growing brand, this is where you can do it.

  • You’ll work closely with the two founders and our marketing co-ordinator/creative team, your mission is simple: level up.

    • Shoot high-quality video and photo content onsite, mostly in Auckland

    • Take creative ownership and lead direction both on site and in post

    • Pitch and execute new content concepts that stop people scrolling

    • Work closely with the marketing team to match messaging and performance goals

    • Maintain tight file management and efficient workflows

    • Help refine our creative processes, gear use, and overall production quality

    • Skilled in Photography and Videography

    • Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom

    • Good eye for visual composition, movement, and story

    • Can adapt quickly onsite and confidently direct clients on construction sites

    • Strong communicator with collaborative energy

    • Can handle high expectations and take pride in the results

    Construction experience is not required.
